Aftermarket was sg2-111-55, prod33200#55 we make this part, we use a #70 orifice and drill them out to the # 55 diameter. but we dont re-stamp with the new size. but the orifice is drilled out to the #55 diameter.

Tip:The recommended internal temperature of a sausage is 160 degrees F, or until the meat is no longer pink.
